News You will be pleased to note that the Parliament approved the 2nd reading of the Kenya Communications (Amendment) Bill (2008) on 25th November 2008 and the bill now awaits the Committee stage where the Parliamentarians will make detailed line-by-line examination of the proposed legislation. KIF has been lobbying Parliamentarians with the aim of ensuring that the bill is enacted with all of KIF’s proposed changes included.
